Coaching is rooted in the idea that everything we need, we already have - we just need to unlock our inner resources. My role as your coach is to encourage deeper awareness of yourself and your situation. Then we can understand any barriers and make space for solutions.

This style of coaching is based on transformation: helping people adapt, pivot, and shift. By drawing from the disciplines of Psychosynthesis, Cognitive Behavioural psychology and Neurolinguistic programming, we connect with your values, personal purpose and core identity.

Deeper than a conventional performance or behavior-oriented approach, we will leverage self-reflection techniques to introspect, take action, and create long-lasting change.

 

Working together, we’ll go on a journey that’s both systematic and individualized. Through asking powerful open questions, we nurture self-awareness and self-insight. Our time together will be guided by your objectives, but we will leave space for what emerges. Transformation can be a scary thing, whether it’s a small step sideways or a 180. I believe that changing direction works best when we think holistically and act naturally. When we can be flexible, but results-oriented.
