Founded in 2019 by Liz Varones, a transformation consultant and coach with over 17 years of experience, Anthos Consulting helps business leaders to create transformation by cultivating their best ideas and providing a clear path to turn their vision into a reality. Liz’s past efforts and experience marketing blockbuster brands with pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has led her to drive change and innovation, even amid shifting market dynamics or ambiguity.
Liz thrives on cultivating new concepts that exist in the “white space” and creating a structured approach to bringing them to life—hence the word “Anthos,” which means “flower” in Greek. Her goal is to offer the structure, support, and room that will allow big ideas to flourish.
As an independent consultant and coach, she provides services in enabling transformation and fostering professional development for both businesses and individuals.
In her free time, Liz enjoys travel, art, ballet, and food. She especially likes to cook at home, drawing from her Greek heritage, and trying new restaurants and markets around her home city of London. Her Cavalier King Charles puppy, Chloe, continues to find a way to try her culinary creations.
